The display shows three things:

1. The temperature
2. Humidity
3. Whether its set to read indoor or outdoor conditions

As for control, there are three buttons which allow you to:

• Change between Celsius and Fahrenheit
• Check the maximum and minimum temp/humidity within the last 24 hours

The Zamnesia hygrometer/thermometer is ready to use in a few simple steps.

• Depending on what you're growing, identify the best place for you meter to go. With mushroom grows, this is at about the height of a mature mushroom. With cannabis, it's a little more complicated. Conditions can vary a lot, even with ventilation. Ideally, around 3 meters should be used – one at the top, middle and bottom of the grow space. Otherwise, consider rotating 1 around the space.

• Once you've identified a suitable space, you can attach the probes to a nearby surface (or something which can be moved around the space) using the attached suction cups.

• Now place the display somewhere where you can easily access it without disturbing the grow.

• Neither the humidity nor temperature probe are totally waterproof. Therefore it's important to avoid direct contact with water.
