What You Could Win

How We Choose Our Winner

Selection will be based on creativity, thematic alignment, and packaging feasibility. Our Instagram audience will help inspire, but the dedicated Zamnesia team will make the final decision.

Competition Rules:

1. Eligibility: Open to North Carolina artists who are 21+.
2. Submission Requirements: Only high-resolution PNG or PDF files will be accepted. Designs must meet the dimension of 1740 x 3000 pixels (portrait).
3. Theme: Artwork must reflect "Asheville Strong," inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains and the area’s artistic beauty.
4. Submission Process: Send completed designs to [email protected] by April 1st, 2025.
5. Judging Criteria: Creativity, thematic alignment, feasibility for packaging, and potential impact are key. Final selection by Zamnesia.
6. No AI Rule: To maintain the focus on genuine artistic contributions, AI-generated designs are not permitted. We aim to celebrate authentic creativity from local artists, further honoring the community spirit of Asheville.
7. Ownership and Rights: By submitting a design, artists agree to transfer all rights and ownership of their design to Zamnesia without compensation. All submitted designs become the property of Zamnesia.

• Legal Compliance: Participation implies acceptance of all competition rules and terms, subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including age restrictions related to cannabis promotion.
