With our US facility being based in Asheville, we have become a part of this vibrant community, and it feels like home. When the devastation of Hurricane Helene struck, we knew we had to give back to the city that has embraced us. Our initiative is a testament to our gratitude and commitment to aid in the city's recovery and growth.

What You Could Win

The winning artist will gain significant exposure with their name highlighted in press releases and see their design prominently featured on our product packaging. Additionally, the winner will receive 5 free Blue Ridge Haze seed packages and an exclusive 420 mystery box (worth $300), celebrating their creative talent and contribution to the cause.

Submission Guidelines:

• File Formats: High-resolution PNG or PDF only.
• Dimensions: Designs must meet the dimension of 1740 x 3000 pixels (portrait) and be under 20mb.
• Eligibility: Open to North Carolina artists who are 18+.

How We Choose Our Winner

Selection will be based on creativity, thematic alignment, and packaging feasibility. Our Instagram audience will help inspire, but the dedicated Zamnesia team will make the final decision.

Competition Rules:

1. Eligibility: Open to North Carolina artists who are 18+.

3. Theme: Artwork must reflect "Asheville Strong," inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains and the area’s artistic beauty.

5. Judging Criteria: Creativity, thematic alignment, feasibility for packaging, and potential impact are key. Final selection by Zamnesia.
6. No AI Rule: To maintain the focus on genuine artistic contributions, AI-generated designs are not permitted. We aim to celebrate authentic creativity from local artists, further honoring the community spirit of Asheville.
7. Ownership and Rights: By submitting a design, artists agree to transfer all rights and ownership of their design to Zamnesia without compensation. All submitted designs become the property of Zamnesia.

• Release of Claims: Artists waive any claim to intellectual property or additional compensation related to the use of submitted designs.
• Legal Compliance: Participation implies acceptance of all competition rules and terms, subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including age restrictions related to cannabis promotion.
