How to Use the Test
- Ensure your Ütest is at room temperature.
- Collect a urine sample in a sterile cup. For the most accuracy, use the first urine of the day.
- Remove the test from its pouch.
- Take off the plastic cap to reveal the absorbent strip.
- Dip the absorbent tip into the urine for 15–20 seconds or until a line appears next to the C. Avoid submerging the plastic top as this can contaminate the urine sample.
- Remove the test, replace the cap, and lay it flat.
- Read the results within 5 minutes but no more than 30 minutes after the test was taken.
Reading the Results
- Two lines (one next to T and one next to C) = Negative result.
- One line next to C (no line next to T) = Positive result.
Note: Line intensity may vary, but any second line, no matter how faint, indicates a negative result. Do not interpret Ütest results after 10 minutes.
Detection Window
