How to Use ÜTest's 3-Panel THC Drug Tests

2. In a sterile cup, collect a concentrated urine sample (ideally the first one of the day).
3. Take the drug test out of its foil pouch. Remove its plastic cap to reveal the 3 absorbent test strips.
4. Dip the strips into the urine sample for 30 seconds or until the control line appears next to the "C." Do not let the test's plastic top touch the urine to avoid contaminating the sample.
5. Remove the drug test and cover it again using its cap. Lay it down on a flat surface and wait.
6. Read the results after 5 minutes. Do not interpret the results of a ÜTest drug test more than 10 minutes after testing.

Pre-Testing Guidelines

For accurate results when taking a home drug test, remember:

• Abstain from whatever substances you are being tested for if you hope to attain a negative test result.
• Make sure your drug test is at room temperature before using it.
• Take a urine sample that has been in your bladder for several hours (ideally the first one of the day).
• Do not use anything to detox or dilute your urine. This will interfere with your test results and may cause an inaccurate reading.
• Do not consume more water or food than normal. Ideally, take an ÜTest drug test first thing in the morning after several hours of fasting.
• For accurate readings about the presence of drug metabolites in your urine, only test your own urine (not someone else's or a urine alternative).
• Do not alter or process your urine in any way. Again, this may interfere with the proper functioning of this test and provide an inaccurate screening result.

How to Read ÜTest Drug Test Results

Negative test results will produce two lines—one next to the "C" and another next to the "T." No matter how faint the line next to the T, two lines on a ÜTest strip should always be interpreted as a negative screening. This means your urine did not contain a readable amount of drug metabolites.

Positive test results will produce only one line next to the C. This means the urine sample contained drug metabolites.

ÜTest strips that produce no lines are invalid and should be disregarded. As long as a line appears next to the C, the test has worked properly.

Detection Window
