How To Make No-Bake Cannabis Energy Balls
Nutritious, easy to make, and tasty, the no-bake cannabis energy ball is a handy snack to have around.
The no-bake cannabis energy ball is an extremely versatile snack made from all natural ingredients. Not only does it involve no baking, but it is quick and simple to make; it can be stored in a freezer long-term, allowing for the creation of huge batches! It’s as simple as picking on up and popping it in your mouth whenever you feel peckish, in need of energy, or simply want a dose of the good green ganja!
So, without further ado, here is how to make your very own cannabis no-bake energy balls!
Note: this recipe requires the use of cannabis infused oil.
Ingredients (Makes 24 Balls)
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- ½ cup of peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- ½ cup of flax seed (and/or any others seeds you may want)
- 1/3 cup of honey (or maple syrup for vegans)
- 24 doses of cannabis oil (one for each ball) – how much will depend on how strong your oil is
- 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Optional: anything else you may want! Such as chocolate chips, coconut shavings, nuts, or dried fruit.
Instructions
1. Super simple! Combine everything in a mixing bowl until you reach an even distribution of ingredients.
2. Using your hands, mould the resulting mix into 24 evenly sized balls and place them on a baking tray with a silicone baking sheet.
3. Place the tray in the freezer for 1 hour to allow the balls to set.
It is that easy! You can now take out the ones you want to eat and allow them to reach room temperature, and leave the rest for a later date! Remember, cannabis edibles can take 45-90 minutes to take effect, so enjoy responsibly. These healthy energy balls will not only give you a pleasant buzz, but they will also provide your body with a healthy dose of nutrition – it’s a win-win situation!
