Calea zacatechichi is a flowering shrub from the the Asteraceae family, with oval leaves and cymose, yellow flowers. Native to Central America, it's particularly prevalent in Mexico, where it has been used by local tribes in holistic and religious practices.
Dream herb comes in 20g packets, and can be ingested in various ways. Users can prepare a dream herb tea, encapsulate powdered leaves, or prepare a tincture. When it comes to dosing the product, it's recommended to start with small amounts of 1–3g before increasing the dose depending on the body's reaction and the desired outcome.
Tea is the most straightforward method of consumption; all you need is hot water in which you can steep the dried leaves for about 15 minutes. As it tastes quite bitter, a spoon of honey can go a long way. Enjoy a cup before going to bed.

Ich habe das Kraut gemahlen und gekapselt, nach 20 Kapseln (~7g) geschlafen wie ein Stein. Klarträume o.Ä. konnte ich aber nicht feststellen.

Le produit a fonctionné pour moi dès la première nuit (2g dans de l'eau chaude, pas bouillante, pendant 30 minutes). Je me suis rappelé avec détails de mes rêves, ils étaient plus vivants, ils se passaient plus de choses. Cependant, ils n'étaient pas lucides (j'ai des difficultés à en faire malgré des entraînements). Le goût est vraiment horrible, mais on s'y habitue après quelques fois.
