Effets secondaires
J’ai commencé à prendre de la Niacine en traitement avec le micro dosage. Les premiers jours, j’ai eu tous les effets secondaires : rougeurs, chaleur, démangeaisons, gonflements. Je conseille de la prendre au moins 1h30 avant votre sortie en public. Avec la prise des truffes tous les trois jours, les effets ont disparu.
