5-HTP plays a key role in the synthesis and transmission of serotonin, a core neurotransmitter responsible for mediating a wide variety of bodily functions including mood, stress response, anxiety, sleep, and more. Our 5-HTP supplement is derived from natural Griffonia simplicifolia extract, which contains 98% 5-HTP, and is enriched with vitamin B6 to make for a concentrated tryptophan supplement.

Recommended Daily Dosage; Usage & Storage Guidelines

For use alongside your daily diet. Take 1–2 capsules 30 minutes before going to sleep. Supplements work best on an empty stomach. Make sure the product is stored at room temperature and kept dry. Keep out of reach of children.
