It works!
I placed an order and tried the 15x Bali extract and the 95mg caps, but they didn't work. The red maeng da powder, instead, has a nice relaxing and mood-lifting effect. I usually prepare an acidic tea by adding hot water, lemon juice, and some sweetener. I like both the effects and the taste; it is very umami!
Gut, aber aufpassen!
Ich habe immer wieder kleine Mengen von 5-8g eingenommen in dem ich sie schlicht mit Saft getrunken habe. Allgemeine Verbesserung der Laune war zu spüren und auch so lässt es sich nicht ganz einordnen bzw beschreiben, aber ich wurde, besonders bei größeren Mengen, sobald ich im Auto saß unglaublich müde. Außerdem sobald der Effekt abklingt, kann es dazu führen, dass man schon mal emotionsloser wird bzw nicht mehr so gute Laune hat. Liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass es eben ähnlich wirkt wie Opioide und dementsprechend der Körper wieder danach verlangt weil die Rezeptoren nichts mehr bekommen. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es eine bessere Alternative als sich irgendein Chemischen scheiß einzuverleiben, aber man sollte genauso aufpassen und Pausen machen, denn der Körper kann auch davon abhängig werden. Ach und der Geschmack ist wirklich nicht schön und ziemlich bitter, aber wenn man ein guten Saft hat und gut mixt, kann man es sicher aushalten.
