Purple Haze by Zamnesia Seeds is a new take on an old classic. A sativa-dominant hybrid, Purple Haze boasts exceptional grow traits, delicious aromas, and outstanding yields both indoors and out. Best of all, its resinous, potent buds will blast you into a euphoric, dreamy trance for hours. Enjoy her when you want to get creative, pump through chores, or in the morning for an immediate burst of energy.
Purple Haze's sativa dominance shines through very clearly in the grow room. This feminized strain germinates quickly and establishes strong, vigorous seedlings in just a matter of days. If you're growing her indoors, we recommend topping Purple Haze early in order to control her growth and maximise yields. As she grows, use LST and defoliation to control her stretch, and consider reducing her veg time by roughly one week to ensure she doesn't grow too tall for your room or tent.
Outdoors, on the other hand, we recommend planting Purple Haze in large pots or directly in the ground to take advantage of the strain's size and yield potential. Indoors, Zamnesia's Purple Haze will take roughly 65–70 days of bloom to be harvest-ready, while outdoors she'll usually be ready in October/March (in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, respectively).
Come harvest time, Purple Haze will leave you with long, plump sativa buds with plenty of resin and a delicious, complex aroma that balances hints of lavender, berries, and grapes. Wachstum gleicht eher Indica und beide Pflanzen weisen mutationen auf.
Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Von 3 Samen sind 2 zu Pflanzen herangewachsen. Was an sich eher positiv ist. Allerdings wächst die erste von Anfang an nur sehr langsam mund bleibt sehr klein. Sie wurde zeitlgleich mit einer Georgia Pie herangezogen, welche unter denselben Bedingungen tadellos performt und sich auch wie eine Sativa lastige Sorte verhält.
Beide stehen inzwischen im Blütezelt und während die Georgia schöne Blütenansätze bildet, tut sich bei der Purple Haze ziemlich nichts. Bzw. die Blütenansätze sind fast nicht zu erkennen, da die Blätter so fleischig und wellig sind, dass sie kaum Platz lassen für eine entwicklung. Alles in allem sieht es mir so aus, als würde sie zu Entenfüßen neigen. Diese sind zwar nicht vollständig zusammengewachsen, aber die Optik erinnert doch sehr stark daran.
Die zweite Purple Haze habe ich einige Wochen später zum keimen gebracht um nahtlos arbeiten zu können und ggf. Stecklinge zu nehmen. Diese hat an einem Trieb eine Mutation,so dass er sich teilt und von alleine als Zwei Triebe weiterwächst. Nicht tragisch, aber dennoch nicht das normale Verhalten. Die Blattoptik entspricht derjenigen, die bereits blühen sollte.
Zwr wächst sie insgesamt etwas besser und gewinnt an Höhe, aber für die Zeit, die sie jetzt wächst ist sie immernoch viel zu klein. Gekeimt wurde sie Anfang Februar und ist in einem 7 Liter Topf gerade mal so um die 20 CM hoch. Sie wirkt optisch ebenfalls eher wie eine Indica dominante Sorte.
Hatte mich einfach gefreut, nach 2 Jahrzehnten mal wieder eine Purple Haze konsumieren zu können. Vielleicht schmeißen sie ja wenigestns einige Blüten ab.

Alle 3 Samen sind haben innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen gekeimt (auf feuchtem Küchenpapier) und sind gut angewachsen. Bin mal gespannt wie es weiter geht. Letztes Jahr hatte ich mit Purple Punch eine Mega Ernte.

4 Sterne nur weil mir der Geschmack weniger zusagt.Was Wachstum , keimung und Ertrag angeht aber nicht schlecht.
