Oil Black Leaf - PTFE Film For Extraction: Perfect for Oil and Wax
This polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) film from Oil Black Leaf is the perfect base for oil and wax extractions. It also serves as a perfect non-stick, residue free surface for drying and processing of these extracts. Made from medical grade PTFE, it’s about as good as it can get, and, if treated well, it will last a long time. Using water and detergent, it's easy to clean this PTFE film and use it again and again.
Suited to extractions that employ butane gas and dimethyl ether, this product is 100% resistant to both alcohol and ethanol. Whilst it comes it sheets of 1000 by 400mm, it can easily be cut to a smaller size. And at only 0.1mm thick, it’s tough, too. With a temperature stability ranging from -60°C to 260°C, you’d need some pretty hard-core equipment to damage it.
