Growers Choice - Chocolate Sherbet: 70% Sativa Giant

Chocolate Sherbet mixes the old with the new, and is incredibly forgiving to grow—managing stress, heat and over-fertilization. It has a THC content of somewhere in the region of 21–25%. Coupled with the 70% sativa genetics, this makes for an energising and cerebral high. Despite this, its flavours are most reminiscent of old school Moroccan hashish, and as such are very warming. This is due to the Chocolope genetics. But the Sunset Sherbet play its part too, introducing gentle creamy flavours, which complement the hash aromas well.

Due to the sativa genetics, this plant loves to stretch. So you’ll have to introduce training if you want to keep it under control. Indoors, expect it to get somewhere between 90 and 130cm. Outdoors, however, it will really reach for the skies, getting up to 240cm. This huge tree-like plant will be fairly obvious, so make sure your neighbours aren’t going to mind! The yields are very good, especially for a sativa leaning strain. 650g/m² indoors is no mean feat and can compete with all but the highest yielding of strains. You’ll have to wait around 10 weeks for it to complete its flowering cycle though, but it will be well worth it. Outdoors, the harvest time will be around the beginning of October. Thankfully, its resilient characteristics make it mould-resistant, and therefore versatile regarding climate.
