Vor einigen Tagen habe ich die Blätter ein erstes Mal nachbestellt. Ich mache mir gerne abends mal eine Tasse Bobinsana-Tee, den ich in der Stunde vor dem Zubettgehen trinke. Er macht mich supermüde und ich schlafe daraufhin in der Regel sehr tief und praktisch traumlos (was bei mir ungewöhnlich ist). Am Tag drauf fühle ich mich ausgeschlafen und fit.
