USING YERBA MATE

Je mets l'équivalent d'une bonne cuillère à café dans 4 tasses d'eau, que je chauffe dans une petite casserole. Comme c'est bien concentré, les effets sont immédiats et durent pas mal de temps. Ca met la pêche, et ça améliore les performances sportives. Mieux vaut mettre un peu de sucre avec, et c'est vraiment un breuvage délicieux !

Étant un grand amateur de maté, je n'ai pas eu de surprise avec ce produit. Il est énergisant comme je l'aime et toujours bien meilleur qu'un café. Cependant ce n'est certainement pas le meilleur maté auquel j'ai goûté. 4/5

Geschmack ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Allerdings trinke ich den ohne Zucker, Milch oä.
Wirkung ist angenehmer, da sanfter als bei Kaffee.
