Having spent the last ten years or so looking for the perfect partner for their classic Electric Watermelon strain, the breeders of TGA Subcool finally found the match in J.O.G. Kush. The result was Mothertongue, a sativa dominant OG with an incredible flavour, vibrant and uplifting high, and the class and pedigree of its parents.

Mothertongue offers growers a few phenotypes, with the main difference being in the amount the plant stretches. However, this stretch is easily manageable, and can be controlled with topping - not only keeping the size under control, but also encouraging bigger bud sites. Even when taking this potential stretching into account, Mothertongue grows into a large and imposing plant - thanks to its sativa dominant genetics. However, with a bigger plant comes the potential for bigger yields, and combined with its short flowering time of 56-60 days, the potential here for humongous yields in a short amount of time is sure to put a smile on the face of any grower.

When it comes to flavour, Mothertongue offers a wide variation depending on the phenotype. This can range from a supremely sweet berry flavour to one that is dominated by dank earthy spiciness.
