Kenne seit >60 Jahren Canna - und hab damit schon so Manches erlebt und genossen..
Wow! Hab die Caramelle im Garten an zwei Stellen angebaut. Eine Pflanze blieb bei ca 150cm und ca 250g Ertrag, die andere explodierte auf gut 280cm und ca 800gr Ertrag. Reicht mir somit völlig sorglos über's Jahr :-)
Zur Wirkung auf "Normalos" kann ich nichts sagen, ich nehme Canna als Medikament und es entfaltet bei mir die gewohnte Wirkung. Geschmacklich sehr mild (wenn man zuvor sorgfältig alle großen Blätter entfernt..). Auf Dauer stelle ich aber fest: ich mag ab und an etwas Abwechslung, werde deshalb im neuen Jahr neue Sorten antestetn.

Die Pflanze blieb bei mir schön kompakt. Der Ertrag war jetzt nich so hoch. Hat bei mir eher kleine längliche Blüten ausgebildet.
