J'ai pris un sachet entier. Donc au delà de ce que le calculateur préconise par rapport à mon poid.
C'était trop violent, trop de lumière, trop d'informations, trop d'images tout allait trop vite. Un conflit incessant entre mon corps et mon esprit....Et finalement une profonde tristesse.... A refaire avec une dose plus raisonnable

Malheureusement aucun effet pour moi :(
J’ai pourtant mis en place tte les conditions pour que les truffes fassent effet : j’étais à jeun , musique calme , prise du paquet en entier en mâchant bien mais rien n’y fait aucun effet sur moi . J’avais pris quelques mois plus tôt les truffes Vahallah qui étaient top et bien plus forte . . Dommage
