Does the trick
Brewed into a tincture with the bark, left for 8 weeks, shook the contents every 3-4 days. Does the trick, a couple of shots about 40 mins before exercise.

I made a tincture with 200 ml 50% alcohol and the 50 g powder. Very hard to filter after two weeks but ok. It was mud basically so I ended up just squeezing it out. Tried 4-8 ml of the tincture without aby noticeable direct effects, but looking back now when I was taking it twice daily (4ml) it's well possible that it did make me horny after all. Just there came absolutely no physical effect along with the mental inclination.. oh well... Otherwise I can't say much. The taste is bearable...

Je l'utilise pour les douleurs faisant beaucoup de sport, très bon pour les muscles et les articulations, l'effet anti-inflammatoire se ressent très bien en tant que sportif. Marche aussi très bien pour les nausées et douleurs du système digestif. Enfin, l'effet est très relaxant.
