Today, its use is still being studied, but chamomile is well established in the tool kit of anyone practicing any form of naturopathy. In aromatherapy, for example, chamomile essential oil is often used to promote sleep readiness and support general relaxation.

How to Use Chamomile Essential Oil

This chamomile essential oil is made from 100% pure chamomile blossoms and is carefully distilled to extract the plant's natural aromas and other essential compounds. Just add 3‒5 drops of oil to an oil burner or aroma diffuser to quickly fill any space with the scent of sweet, fragrant chamomile. Alternatively, you can also dilute a similar amount in water and add it to a spray bottle for misting fabrics, surfaces, or rooms.
