If you'd like to take the experience a step further, prepare a tea with 1 tablespoon of muira puama and add half a tablespoon of damiana powder. Drink after the powder dissolves, and enjoy.

Seems to be true to it's name - potency wood
The taste is quite nasty, but with some honey it's not too bad.
Taken in the morning it still seemed to be having a positive influence in my staying power late in the evening.
As a man in my late forties, I think this might become something I take on an occasional basis, maybe once a week, as their are various potential health benefits.
Seems like a quality product as always from Zamnesia.
