En mi primer pedido se les olvidó meter la bolsa que había pedido pero cuando les envié la foto del pedido que me había llegado automáticamente uno de los responsables de atención al cliente solucionó mi problema creando un nuevo pedido y llegando el producto con las mismas características que la descripción figuran. Estoy muy contento ya que se ve una bolsa de buena calidad viniendo incluso en una funda protectora con cierre clip.
Estoy muy contento por haberme llegado el segundo producto más importante de ese pedido, me hizo mucha ilusión.
