Yerba Mate Gourd: The Traditional Way to Enjoy Yerba Mate
Yerba mate cups (known simply as "mate" in Uruguay, Argentina, and surrounding regions) come in all shapes, sizes, and materials. Arguably one of the most traditional cup designs is made from Lagenaria vulgaris (also known as calabash or bottle gourd).
