Buono, fa effetto e funziona, in base al dosaggio si hanno effetti differenti, più alta è sedativa, più bassa è energetica e stimolante. Non ne abusate e non la usate per troppo tempo perché crea dipendenza se usata per più di 3 4 giorni di fila, chi ha fatto uso di questo tipo di sostanze sa di cosa parlo. Difficoltà a dormire, sudore, sbalzi d'umore, inappetenza. Se usato nei modi giusti è un ottimo modo per passare una serata rilassante seguita da una dormita epica! Goditevi il kratom e usatelo con cautela. Lo uso 7 8 g o in un yogurt per coprire il sapore, oppure infuso con miele o camomilla
