Ho provato il Kratom per la prima volta, assumendo 2g diluiti in un bicchiere d'acqua. Circa venti minuti dopo, ho iniziato a percepire i primi effetti: una sensazione di maggiore motivazione, un buon focus su quello che stavo facendo e una generale sensazione di benessere. Dopo un'ora, gli effetti iniziali sono iniziati a scemare, però per un altre 2/3 d'ore mi è rimasta una piacevole sensazione di tranquillità.
Nel complesso, è stata un’esperienza positiva, e credo che lo proverò in contesti sociali e dosi diverse. Da esplorare anche le altre varianti.

Première fois que j'essaie le Kratom. Ça fait 2 semaines que j'ai arrêté les anxiolytiques après 5 ans de consommation. Ça aide vraiment même si j'ai encore des petites angoisses. Je suis persuadé que sur le long terme ça portera ses fruits. Perso les premiers jours je conseille de prendre par 2 g et voir les effets. Ne pas chercher à se défoncer car le seul truc qui va vous arriver c'est la nausée et des vomissements. Je pense qu'avec la bonne consommation cette plante a un réel impact sur le bien être.
J'ai essayé le maeng da sur ma première commande (2x50) et le red sur la deuxième (250 maeng da et 250g red)
Commandé lundi soir arrivé chez moi samedi à 8h.
Je trouve que le red est plus physique et détente, le maeng da est plus stimulant cérébralement et apporte beaucoup de vivacité. Merci Zammy's
