Aún es pronto ya que comenzamos 2 personas y yo a la vez el proceso el pasado domingo,con lo cual estamos en nuestra segunda toma.. a título personal tengo un patrón de adicciones muy marcado en mi vida...y hoy por primera vez..antes de ir a terapia en lugar de tomar para desapegarme de la emoción y sentirme más preparada para su manejo...por primera vez mi auto (mente) me invitaba a ello pero tuvo más peso algo en mí que internamente me decía, paso...y me comí un bocata hahaha anecdótico para quién me conozca, aún digiriendo.. siento más presencia y auto escucha/cuidado.
Reitero que es pronto...pero ya pude notar cosas diferentes en mí. Espero que sirva a quién busque info vivencial al respecto.

Très doux
J’ai pris une microdose tous les 3 jours et la je suis en pause. Le changement est très doux mais c’est ce qu il me fallait. Pour décrire le mieux les avantages je dirais que je vois le verre à moitié plein que j’ai plus de recul par rapport au stress du boulot et une plus grande relativité concernant les situations. Je pense que la prochaine fois j’aimerais une sensation plus puissante peut-être une plus forte dose me conviendrait mieux ? Est-ce qu’il est possible d’augmenter les micro doses proposées ? Et comment ?

First microdosing experience
It was nice but I felt it really low. I think the quantity of psycocibillin is really low to avoid inconvenients for the new users. General improvements in mood and creativity are noticeable but it you want to feel some effects at least for the first moments after the microdosis, you may try to take two of the dosis. I will try now with the Mexican truffles to have another small try of this experience.
