die Trüffel sind ok aber bei der menge von 6 mal 1 gramm muss man nicht viel erwarten also high oder so wird man nicht ! man kann also es morgens sogar vor der Arbeit nehmen oder im shaker so mache ich es immer für mein Frühstück.
