Zum ersten Mal probiert. Zuerst wenig genommen um mich langsam heran zu Tasten (NICHT mal ein Gramm). Dann nach ca. 20 min. Etwas mehr. Und was soll ich sagen,..nussig im Geschmack, und ein wohliges Gefühl vom Bauch heraus nach oben Richtung Kopf. Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde bei Zamnesia, und habe mich mal getraut sowas zu mir zu nehmen . Gutes Gefühl, sozial positive Erfahrung (trotz Rezidivierenden Depressionen). Ja, die Einstellung macht den Unterschied. Hatte zuerst etwas Bammel schlecht drauf zu kommen, aber ich wurde positiv überrascht. Die Menge die ich zu mir nahm hatt für mich erstmal völlig ausgereicht. Irgendwann Nehm ich noch etwas mehr, und Lass mich überraschen. Tipp: bleibt Positiv .
