Ich liebe den Bobinsana-Tee. Er hilft mir runter zu kommen, zu mir zurück zu kommen. Am liebsten trinke ich ihn abends.
Bobinsana ist auch sehr hilfreich in Verbindung mit Mama Cacao. Sie ergänzen sich wunderbar. Eine sanfte, heilsame Medizin.

I made a cup of tea with a pinch of crushed leaves and some honey. I let it sit about 15 minutes until the color came out of the leaves. The flavor was fresh and leafy. With the honey it was like a banana. I drank only about 1/4 of a cup before I started to feel sleepy so I put the rest in the refrigerator. Within a few minutes I was completely relaxed, open, joyful, and completely in the moment. This is a sacred tea and gifted me valuable time to simply rest in my awareness. I think this tea is considered valuable for lucid dreaming because it awakens you to the dream-like quality of all experience.
