Nous les avons mangé en veillant à bien attendre plus de 3-4h après le repas histoire que les effets soient optimum.
On a ingéré la dose conseillée via le calculateur pour un gros dosage.
Ma copine les a directement machés alors que moi j'en ai passés la plupart au grinder pour tenter m'en épargner leur amertume mais je dois dire que non accompagnés que la différence n'est que peu notable à mon gout.
D'ailleurs l'effet à été plus conséquent pour elle que pour moi, j'imagine que la mastication a activé les sucs et lui a permis de mieux les assimilé avec davantage du respect.
Pour chacuns, les effets ont été visuels et méditatifs; le voyage nous a été très agréable.
