The imposing and high-yielding Purple Trainwreck is a sultry sight for sore eyes in any grow room or garden. Bringing together two heavyweight cultivars, Trainwreck and Mendocino Purps, this indica-dominant specimen is ready to impress from the get go, racing through bloom to deliver a mind-body high par excellence.
Reared in a grow room, it takes her only 58–63 days of bloom to develop large, candle-shaped colas that emanate a pleasant lemony aroma with a hint of lavender. And not only is the aroma gratifying—a banger harvest of up to 600g/m² is achievable under good conditions. Bear in mind this lady likes her nutrients and she likes to stretch, so keep veg short indoors if space is at a premium. Outdoors, plants can reach up to 3m in height and yield up to 2000g/plant! The resin production is also top-notch, which makes her a great contender for hash and BHO production. Those looking to lure purple colours from her buds should consider lowering nighttime temperatures a bit for best results. Beginner-intermediate growers will be glad to know that Purple Trainwreck is moisture and pest-resistant, making her quite a resilient specimen.
Once buds have been adequately dried and cured, they’re finally ready to be enjoyed.
