Advanced Seeds - Critical: Branch-Bending Bud Extravaganza
Critical by Advanced Seeds is a predominantly indica hybrid that contains genetics of Critical Mass, South Indian and Brazilian varieities. It features THC levels of 16% and produces robust plants that develop plenty of fat buds. In fact, flowers can get so dense that extra support may be necessary to prevent your plants from breaking.
A veg period of 10 days max is recommended in order to keep Critical under control, as it can reach 200–300cm outdoors. Indoors it remains at a manageable 70–90cm and is ready for harvest after 7–8 weeks of flowering or at the beginning of October if planted outdoors. Expect generous yields of 450-500g/m².
Some smokers describe Critical as citrusy and sweet on the palate, which definitely promises pleasant sessions. Planted two seeds, none germinated :(
From all the seeds I planted this was the only strain that didn't grow at all.
(My track record so far: Easy Bud Automatic 2/2, Sticky Beast Automatic 3/3, Cheese 2/3, Purple Haze 2/2, Pineapple Express F1 2/2)
I am a novice grower but the method that worked for five different strains (water bath, grow pellets, outdoor propagator), didn't work for these seeds. I do have one seed left, but I probably will try something else.
Shipment was fast and discrete and Advanced Seeds does have a nice packing for it's seeds, but that doesn't help if the seeds don't grow.
