Properties
Believed to activate the third eye and throat chakra, lapis lazuli is commonly used to promote introspection, self-discovery, and true communication. It is also believed to be a stone of knowledge and to support our abilities to both learn and teach. Lapis lazuli is also commonly given as a gift to encourage spiritual journeys/awakening as well as shed light on one's true path. Moreover, lapis lazuli is thought to help draw one's attention beyond the mundane to identify patterns that may be blocking one's spiritual progress. Some spiritual healers also use lapis lazuli to help identify the karmic root of some diseases.
