While the lineage of the original GDP was never confirmed, the expert breeders at Blimburn Seeds managed to recreate this classic by blending Purple Urkle and Big Bud.

On average, Granddaddy Purple plants do not grow much taller than 150 cm, making it an excellent cultivar for indoor setups or stealthy outdoor grows. In fact, her hardy indica genetics and fast flowering time make GDP an excellent strain for outdoor growers living in regions with cooler climates, which she handles with ease. Outside, plant this strain in April and she'll be ready to harvest by mid-October, producing up to 700 g/plant. Inside, GDP by Blimburn Seeds takes 8–10 weeks to flower and can yield up 500 g/m².

Unvergleichbar Fruchtig geiler Geruch!
Ich habe die Pflanze getoppt und gelollipopped und sie ist echt schön gewachsen und hat geile Dichte Buds bekommen. Geruchsmäßig ist sie sehr fruchtig, selbst beim aushärten bleibt eine gewisse Fruityness im Glas, welche bei vielen anderen Strains verfliegt und nur durch aufbrechen wieder kommt. Bei der GDP von Blimburn hat man wirklich einen geilen Geschmack und die Wirkung ist extrem entspannend und genau das was ich gesucht habe: einen Couchlocky entspannenden aber dennoch starken Rausch. Ich bin voll und ganz überzeugt und werde vom Breeder auch noch andere Strains ausprobieren. Leider hatte Sie aber keine erhofften Purple Buds, aber ganz ehrlich, das wäre nur noch das + darauf gewesen und sie ist trotzdem für das was sie ist 5 Sterne wert.
