Premiére fois non concluante
J'ai testé pour la première fois en 2 prises ,peu d'effet et beaucoup de flatulences a la digestion .
Parfait pour une décontraxion
J'ai pesé 300mg puis pris la moitié donc environ 150mg dans un très grand café,
Effet de relaxation et l'impression de ne pouvoir se concentrer sur qu'une seule tache à la fois, je trouve l'effet fort à 4/10 mais se fait clairement ressentir de mon côté. J'apprécie alors écouter de la musique je recommande pour des soirées tranquilles cette quantité
